Undersheriff Jeffrey McKeen shoots Warrick and begins to walk away. He calls the police dispatcher to report shots fired and an officer down. Gil Grissom hears the call on his radio and runs to the alley. He sees Warrick's Mustang and rushes to open the door. He pulls Warrick out of the car and sees that he is bleeding profusely from his neck.

Nick and Catherine investigate why a woman who was about to be married would have taken a swan dive off of her balcony. Also Grissom investigates the brutal murder of a woman found in an alley. The investigation gets tougher with the discovery that her two-year-old was with her when she was murdered.

After several victims are found dead while performing normal, everyday activities, the CSIs must find the reason as to why each of the victims remain upright after dying.

A murdered young woman who was tossed from a nightclub is found to have several blood types in her system during the CSI's investigation, and she is the daughter of a wanted drug lord by the FBI. The case becomes personal for Catherine when she discovers Lindsey was at the same nightclub with a fake ID.

Gil seeks the knowledge of Lady Heather when the CSI’s are thrust into the world of sexual domination for one upright man.

Down at the station, the police question and examine everyone at the party, which basically amounts to all of Koreatown. It's a little hectic, [especially since it looks like Ando from Heroes] is the only translator. Greg finds blood on one young man's shirt but he's uncooperative when Brass tries to question him. In the morgue, Doc Robbins confirms both victims died from gunshot wounds, made from two guns

The CSIs investigate a murder case in which the prime suspect from a murder case that occurred 12 years prior is the main suspect.

The team discovers a shocking link between the death of a popular singer and a singer from 50 years ago.

Grissom secretly joins the class of a well-known criminal pathologist. Dr. Raymond Langston (Laurence Fishburne) who assists Grissom in getting Haskell to reveal the location of his first victim but simultaneously sends CSIs into a whole new realm of this case .when a new male body is found murdered next to the remains of his first victim.

The CSIs continue to search for the accomplice in the Dick and Jane murders. Investigators work against the clock to find the missing wife of the newest male victim, seen at the end of episode #909, that was found at the burial site of the first D.J.K victim . They believe she is still alive and are taking a second look at the evidence to see if they can uncover any new clues.

The victim, a local gym owner, was found burned in the ruble of his home. CSIs find he was murdered before the fire was started and begin to uncover financial as well as marital problems that give cause for a number of people to want him dead. Investigators are puzzled by what started the fire and Langston is instrumental in figuring out the unusual detonating device

The agent's gun, badge and wallet are missing. In the morgue, Langston attempts to take the dead man's prints and discovers his ridge detail seems to have been surgically removed. On the surveillance video at the gas station, Greg spots a large man driving a vintage car with blood on his face around the time of the murder. Brass speaks with Agents Beckman and Stanley, who promise him the full cooperation of the FBI

Langston and Nick examine the area, discovering that someone has been living in the kitchen of the fast food joint. The two find a blood pattern that indicates a body was dragged outside, suggesting that there's a second victim. They follow the blood to the dumpsters and grease containers, but Langston notes that the container for Choozy's chicken is missing

The body of Dominick Humphreys lies just outside the doors, the victim of a self-inflicted gunshot wound--a Beretta 92 lying beside him. Griffin identifies Humphreys as his chief of staff--and his friend. David Phillips discovers a bloody piece of paper in Dominick's pocket. The CSIs review Dominick's taped testimony in which he claimed that the Congressman called him over to Amber's house

The Vegas team has a busy night when the body of a man is found crammed under the steering wheel of a car, a woman's body is discovered in a hotel room and a man ends up dead in his swimming pool. The man by the pool is Carsten Pennington, an art collector who lived with his fiancée, Darcy Farrell, and threw a party the night of his murder.

The CSIs are called to a murder at an all too familiar hotel where Nick has difficulty putting together the pieces of three separate murder investigations that took place in the same place.

Langston and Riley find themselves taken hostage during a shootout in a typically calm and quiet Las Vegas community.

The CSI's investigate a sky diver paralyzed after free falling. As the investigation moves on, the team finds out that he is linked to similar murders of two wealthy men.

When the producer of the reboot of a classic SF show is murdered at a Las Vegas science-fiction convention attended by both Hodges and Wendy (both, unknown to each other, fans of the original show), they find a connection with each other as the team investigates the crime.

When a murderer claims that the CSI team used faulty evidence when the verdict was reached, Catherine re-investigates the case, which happens to be one of her very first cases as a CSI.

While investigating several random deaths around the city, the CSI's start to think that an odd outbreak is the reason for the deaths. Later on, they find out that if it isn't under control by anyone, it might lead to a big citywide epidemic.

The team investigates the death of an undercover cop, who destroyed a motorcycle gang, at a biker bar. The investigation reveals that he was killed by the gang because his real identity was exposed, but that's not the big problem. Evidence starts to link Brass with the victim's widow.

In the 9th season finale, the team investigates murders that seem to be linked to some sort of scam involving unusual poker chips from a bygone casino. Also, Ray has to use lethal force for the first time on the job.
